現(xiàn)擬對頤海食品（泰國）有限公司食品工廠一期鮮庫冷庫項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)商公開招募，有關(guān)事項(xiàng)公告如下：

It is now planned to conduct a public bidding for the general contracting of the wastewater treatment in Food Factory Phase I of Yihai Food (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The related issues are announced as follows:

一、 招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目概況：

I. Overview on Bidding Project:

1.項(xiàng)目名稱：頤海食品（泰國）有限公司食品工廠一期保鮮庫冷庫項(xiàng)目.

1. Project Name: Yihai food (Thailand) Co., Ltd. phase I food factory Cold storage project.

2.項(xiàng)目承包范圍：3個(gè)保鮮/冷凍庫的制冷系統(tǒng)：包含壓縮機(jī)組、蒸發(fā)冷水塔和冷風(fēng)機(jī)等主要設(shè)備，以及相應(yīng)的管路和電控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、供貨、安裝施工及調(diào)試工作；

 

   3.工期要求：合同簽訂后根據(jù)招標(biāo)方安排120個(gè)日歷天施工完成；

二、報(bào)名資格：

II. Registration qualification

1.基本要求：具備所需相應(yīng)的冷凍庫等相關(guān)資質(zhì)，具備泰國出口資質(zhì)，具有獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力，具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會計(jì)制度;

1. Have the required relevant qualifications such as freezer, export qualification from Thailand, the ability to bear civil liability independently, good business reputation and sound financial accounting system;

2.注冊資金：獨(dú)立的法人資格，注冊資金要求不低于1000萬人民幣，泰國當(dāng)?shù)仄髽I(yè)注冊資金要求不低于3000萬泰銖；

2.Independent legal personality, the registered capital is required to be no less than 10 million RMB, and the registered capital of local enterprises in Thailand is required to be no less than 30 million baht;;

3.施工業(yè)績：三年以內(nèi)簽訂的泰國（東南亞區(qū)域）施工合同復(fù)印件，單個(gè)合同金額不低于200萬人民幣（約1000萬泰銖），項(xiàng)目案例不低于三個(gè)(食品/制藥車間或類似冷庫系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目案例)；

3. Construction performance:Copies of construction contracts signed in Thailand (Southeast Asia region) within three years, with a single contract amount of no less than 2 million RMB (about 10 million baht), and project cases of no less than three (food / Pharmaceutical Workshop or similar cold storage system project cases)；

4.售后服務(wù)：具有履行項(xiàng)目所必須的完善的售后服務(wù)體系，有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和較強(qiáng)的經(jīng)營實(shí)力及健全的財(cái)務(wù)會計(jì)制度；

4. After sales service: it has perfect after-sales service system, good business reputation, strong business strength and sound financial accounting system;

5.有依法繳納稅收和社會保障的良好記錄；

5. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security according to law;

6.具備3年及以上運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)，參加本次招標(biāo)活動(dòng)前三年內(nèi)，在經(jīng)營活動(dòng)中沒有違法記錄；

6. Have more than 3 years of operation experience, and have no illegal records in business activities in the three years before participating in this bidding activity;

7.本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)；

8.投標(biāo)方不得有以下情形：

1)處于停業(yè)狀態(tài)；

1) In a state of suspension;

2)被暫時(shí)取消投標(biāo)資格或禁止從事投標(biāo)活動(dòng)；

2) Being disqualified from bidding or prohibited from bidding activities;

3)其公司或財(cái)產(chǎn)被接管或凍結(jié)；

3) Its company or property is taken over or frozen;

4)嚴(yán)重違反合同約定，或出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量、服務(wù)不符合約定等方面的問題(針對現(xiàn)有合作以及合作過的供應(yīng)商)；

4) Serious breach of the contract, or quality, service does not comply with the agreement and other issues (for existing cooperation and cooperation suppliers);

5)違反我司供應(yīng)商承諾內(nèi)容(針對現(xiàn)有合作以及合作過的供應(yīng)商)；

5) Violation of our supplier commitment (for the existing cooperation and cooperation with the supplier); and;

6)其他不適合承攬本項(xiàng)目的情形;

2、企業(yè)營業(yè)執(zhí)照、法人代表身份有效證明、被授權(quán)人身份有效證明（復(fù)印件并加蓋公章），授權(quán)委托書;

2. Business license, legal representative's valid identity certificate, authorized person's valid identity certificate (copy with official seal), power of attorney

3、需要提供承包施工資質(zhì)、安全生產(chǎn)許可證、質(zhì)量管理體系證書等;

4、稅務(wù)局官網(wǎng)中查詢的納稅人資格截圖，建筑市場監(jiān)管公共服務(wù)平臺投標(biāo)人的誠信信息中企業(yè)黑名單的截圖，信用中國網(wǎng)站的失信被執(zhí)行人、企業(yè)經(jīng)營異常名單、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單的截圖和政府采購網(wǎng)上政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單的截圖;

4. The screenshots of the taxpayer qualification inquired on the official website of the tax bureau, the blacklist of enterprises in the integrity information of the bidders of the public service platform for construction market supervision, the list of dishonest persons to be executed, the list of abnormal business operations of enterprises, the list of parties involved in major tax violations and the list of records of serious dishonest behaviors in government procurement on the government procurement website;

5、近三年財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表（含利潤表、資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表、現(xiàn)金流量表）;

5. Financial statements in recent three years (including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement);

6、辦公場所證明（含加蓋公章的租賃合同或自有房產(chǎn)證明復(fù)印件）;

6. Office space certificate (including copy of lease contract with official seal or self owned property certificate);

7、近五年類似工程業(yè)績表：3個(gè)施工合同復(fù)印件(單個(gè)合同金額不低于200萬);

7. Performance table of similar projects in recent five years: copies of three construction contracts (the amount of a single contract is not less than 2 million yuan);
