同維電子（越南）工業(yè)廠房工程項(xiàng)目，現(xiàn)由上海寶冶集團(tuán)有限公司同維電子（越南）工業(yè)廠房項(xiàng)目部承建，項(xiàng)目已具備招標(biāo)條件。為了更好的履行本項(xiàng)目承包合同，完成本項(xiàng)目承包合同規(guī)定的各項(xiàng)預(yù)定目標(biāo)，按照上海寶冶集團(tuán)有限公司的有關(guān)規(guī)定，現(xiàn)由上海寶冶集團(tuán)有限公司進(jìn)行公開招標(biāo)。

Tongwei Electronics (Vietnam) industrial plant project is now undertaken by Tongwei Electronics (Vietnam) industrial plant project Department of Shanghai Baoye Group Co., Ltd. the project has met the bidding conditions. In order to better perform the contract of the project and achieve the predetermined objectives specified in the contract, Shanghai Baoye Group Co., Ltd. is now inviting public bidding in accordance with the relevant provisions of Shanghai Baoye Group Co., Ltd.

四、 招標(biāo)工程范圍：包括本項(xiàng)目門窗供應(yīng)及安裝工程一標(biāo)段等。

4.Bidding project scope:Including the first bid section of the door and window supply and installation works of this project.

5.招標(biāo)工程內(nèi)容：包括不限于門窗供應(yīng)及安裝等。投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)須考慮疫情帶來的影響，因疫情提出的索賠不予認(rèn)可。

五、 工期要求：

本工程從開始工作至工作結(jié)束，合同工期總?cè)諝v天數(shù)為88天。

開工日期：2021年11月20日（以甲方批準(zhǔn)的開工日期為準(zhǔn)）；

竣工日期：2022年02月16日（以甲方批準(zhǔn)的竣工日期為準(zhǔn)）；

工期總?cè)諝v天數(shù)與開竣工日期計(jì)算的工期天數(shù)不一致的，以工期總?cè)諝v天數(shù)為準(zhǔn)；本合同工期如有調(diào)整，以甲方代表書面通知為準(zhǔn)。

6.Construction period requirements:

From the beginning to the end of the project, the total calendar days of the contract period is 88 days.Commencement date: Nov 20, 2021 (subject to the commencement date approved by Party A);Completion date: Feb 16, 2022 (subject to the completion date approved by Party A);

If the total calendar days of the construction period are inconsistent with the construction period days calculated from the commencement and completion date, the total calendar days of the construction period shall prevail; In case of any adjustment to the construction period of this contract, the written notice of Party A‘s representative shall prevail.

六、 工程質(zhì)量要求：以越南國家、行業(yè)及工程所在地標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范為準(zhǔn)，未有明確標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范的，參照中國國家、行業(yè)及工程所在地標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范。如國家、政府、工程所在地、建設(shè)管理部門、相關(guān)行業(yè)等政策、法規(guī)、規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)定存在不一致時(shí)， 以較嚴(yán)格者為準(zhǔn)。特殊要求：符合越南國家、行業(yè)及工程所在地標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范。

7.Project quality requirements: The national, industrial and local standards and specifications of Vietnam shall prevail. In case of no clear standards and specifications, the national, industrial and local standards and specifications of China shall prevail. In case of any inconsistency in policies, regulations, specifications, standards and regulations of the state, government, project location, construction management department and relevant industries, the more stringent one shall prevail. Special requirements: comply with the national, industrial and local standards and specifications of Vietnam.
