? 從頭開始制定一個全面的品牌手冊,以建立和傳達(dá)品牌的價值、個性和視覺識別,并在目前手頭的品牌屋的基礎(chǔ)上保持一致。
? 根據(jù)《品牌視覺識別指南》,重新審視當(dāng)前的風(fēng)格指南,以確保它們對國際市場和目標(biāo)受眾具有相關(guān)性和有效性。
? 可選要求:創(chuàng)造一個獨(dú)特的聲音品牌,與品牌的精髓產(chǎn)生共鳴,并喚起受眾的預(yù)期情感反應(yīng)

三.對參與者的要求
參與者必須滿足以下資格要求:
1. 面向國內(nèi)外機(jī)構(gòu)公開邀請,在中國境內(nèi)外注冊的機(jī)構(gòu)具有獨(dú)立法人資格,能夠出具符合國家法律法規(guī)要求的《營業(yè)執(zhí)照》等相關(guān)經(jīng)營證明,合法經(jīng)營企業(yè),有固定的辦公場所,具有良好的商業(yè)、信譽(yù)和健全的財務(wù)會計(jì)制度,有依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金的良好記錄,無不良合作案件。
2. 相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營時間須在5年以上(含5年,總部經(jīng)營時間也可計(jì)算在內(nèi)),并與汽車廠商有多次合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。執(zhí)行方(例如品牌視覺制作/戰(zhàn)略咨詢公司)應(yīng)具有相應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù)范圍和行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),請?zhí)峁┫鄳?yīng)的公司介紹和案例
 
3. 投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具有處理和服務(wù)汽車品牌的經(jīng)驗(yàn),如但不限于大眾、起亞、雷克薩斯、沃爾沃等,以及來自不同行業(yè)的各種跨國品牌,過去的項(xiàng)目具有全球影響力和全面的品牌戰(zhàn)略和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
4. 團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)該由具有國際背景的不同人員組成,包括以英語為母語的人員,了解國際行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并配備最新的工具和資源。此外,駐扎在國內(nèi)的團(tuán)隊(duì)成員應(yīng)具備專業(yè)的英語語言技能。團(tuán)隊(duì)要對當(dāng)前的全球品牌發(fā)展趨勢和變化有充分的了解(尤其是汽車行業(yè)),具有創(chuàng)造性思維,能夠適應(yīng)多元文化團(tuán)隊(duì)環(huán)境。
5. 不接受聯(lián)合體的投標(biāo)。
6. 本次招標(biāo)不允許分包。
7. 本次招標(biāo)不接受非品牌直簽代理商的投標(biāo)。

d.說明公司概況和履行合同的能力,以及行業(yè)內(nèi)相關(guān)資質(zhì)文件
對于以上所需的申請材料,請務(wù)必認(rèn)真整理,一一對應(yīng),做好分類、編號,以
方便主辦方的資格評審。

l GEELY Auto is a leading automotive brand in China and globally, with a strong presence in the automotive industry. The company is committed to innovation, design excellence, and customer satisfaction. To further enhance its brand identity and communication strategy, GEELY Auto is seeking a professional bidder to develop a comprehensive brand book and revisit the current communication guideline to be relevant with the international market.
l The brand book will serve as a definitive guide for all stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, and partners, on the company's brand identity, positioning, and values. It will provide guidelines on how to use the GEELY Auto logo, visual elements, and messaging consistently across all channels and touchpoints. The brand book will also define the company's tone of voice, style, and personality to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand experience for customers.
l The communication guideline will provide a framework for all internal and external communications, including advertising, public relations, social media, and events. It will define the company's key messages, target audiences, and communication objectives to ensure that all communications are aligned with the brand's positioning and values. The guideline will also provide templates and examples of different types of communications, such as press releases, social media posts, and email newsletters, to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Project content:
l Developing a comprehensive brand book from scratch to establish and communicate the brand's values, personality, and visual identity consistently based on the current Brand House on hand
l Revisiting the current style guidelines to ensure they are relevant and effective for the international market and target audience in accordance to the Brand Visual Identity Guidelines.
l Optional Requirement: Creating a distinctive sonic branding that resonates with the brand's essence and evokes the desired emotional response from the audience

III. Requirements for Participants
Participants must meet the following qualification requirements:
1. Open for bidding for Domestic and International Agencies, Those registered in China and abroad have independent legal person qualifications, can issue relevant business certificates such as "business licenses" that meet the requirements of national laws and regulations, legally operate enterprises with fixed office space, and have good commercial, reputable and sound financial accounting system, good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to law, and no bad cooperation cases.
2. The operating time of relevant business must be more than 10 years (including 10 years, the operating time of the headquarters can also be counted), and have many cooperation experiences with automobile manufacturers. The agencies should have corresponding business scope and industry knowledge as a visual identity agency and strategic consulting firm. Please provide company introduction and related cases.
3. The bidders should have experience in handling and servicing Automotive Brands such as but not limited to Volkswagen, Kia, Lexus, Volvo, etc., and variety Multinational brands from different industries that has past projects with a global influence and comprehensive branding strategies and standards
4. The Team should consist of a diverse mix of personnel with international backgrounds, including native English speakers who are knowledgeable about international industry standards and equipped with the latest tools and resources. Additionally, team members who are based domestically should possess professional English language skills. It is also important for the team to have a thorough understanding of the current global branding landscape trends and changes, as well as ample knowledge about the automotive and other industry branding landscapes and trends. A creative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment are also crucial qualities for team members to possess.
5. The tender does not accept the consortium bid.
6. Subcontracting is not allowed in this bidding.

4.2 Application materials
The application materials should be uploaded on Geely bidding and procurement platform before the application deadline. The application materials include but are not limited to the following:
a. The copy of three-in-one certificate of business license (copy of the certificate of organization codes and certificate of taxation registration).
b. Qualification level certificate (if any);
c. Similar project performance certificates and evidentiary materials (please provide a scanned copy of the complete original contract and other relevant evidentiary materials and every case provided should be named after "XXXX company + cooperative brand + project name". “The price mentioned in the contract can be hidden“.
d. Description of the company profile and ability to perform the contract
For the above required application materials, please be sure to carefully organize, - correspondence, good classification, numbering, in order to facilitate the qualification evaluation of the organizer
